Reservation and cancelation policies

B-Side Travel Chile reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any itinerary, in whole or in part, due to force majeure, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that may compromise passenger safety or the normal development of the activity.

In such event, we will notify you as soon as possible to offer the best available alternatives or adjustments to your itinerary. For urgent inquiries, emergency assistance, or special exception requests regarding your reservation, please contact our team directly at hello@bsidetravelchile.com.

Payments and Cancellations

1. Multi-Day Travel Programs (4 Days or More)

90 days or more prior to start date: 100% refund of the total program value.
89 to 45 days prior to start date: 50% refund of the total program value.
44 days or less prior to start date (or No-Show): Non-refundable.

2. Day Tours & Short Getaways (1 to 3 Days)

More than 48 hours in advance: 100% refund (or option to reschedule subject to availability).
Less than 48 hours in advance (or No-Show): Non-refundable.

3. Specific Tour Cancellations within Multi-Day Programs.

More than 72 hours prior to tour departure: 50% refund for the specific cancelled tour.
Less than 72 hours prior to tour departure: Non-refundable.

4. Modifications & General Terms

Reservation Changes: Any modification requested at least 48 hours prior to start date is subject to a 10% administrative fee over the total trip value.
Park Tickets & Flights: Park entrance fees and issued flight tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances due to third-party provider regulations.
Travel Insurance: B-Side Travel Chile does not include travel insurance. We strongly recommend all passengers secure comprehensive coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellations, and lost luggage.

● The order of activities and some of their characteristics may vary depending on weather conditions.

● Please specify any dietary restrictions or particular diets in detail so that you can enjoy the snacks and meals.

● The quoted price is based on standard single rooms (double or matrimonial beds). Please note that upgrading to larger or more luxurious accommodations may result in additional costs, subject to availability.

● If your trip involves camping, consider a shared tent that will be included on the base price. upgrading to a single tent may result in additional cost and subject to availability.

● in Some of the trips we included Domestic Flight. Luggage Allowance: one checked bag weighing up to 23 kilograms, one carry-on bag, and one personal item.
