With over 13 years of experience in adventure and luxury tourism, Valentina leads the operational strategy and experience design at B-Side Travel. Holding a degree in Adventure Tourism, she built a distinguished career in Chilean Patagonia (2013–2024), guiding and managing operations for the region’s most prestigious luxury properties, including Tierra Patagonia, The Singular, and Las Torres. Her international experience across Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, combined with her role as a Tour Leader for the global operator Intrepid Travel, provides her with a global market perspective and world-class service standards. A specialist in logistical planning, risk mitigation, and group management in remote areas, Valentina balances her executive role with working as a local guide. Through this, she drives a business model where operational excellence and environmental conservation seamlessly coexist in every itinerary.
